There’s a bigger shop
inside your yard.
Your eBay shop was built in the gaps between everything else the yard needs, and it brings orders in every day. Every part that hasn’t reached it yet is stock you already own, waiting for a buyer. Three steps put it in front of them — and the first one is free.
Your numbers
How big is the gap, and what would closing it be worth to you?
Three numbers every yard already has. The difference between the first two is stock you own that no eBay buyer can find; the third shows what listing it could be worth to you, in your own figures. That number is the one we price against.

Stock no buyer can find
Parts in stock, minus live listings.
Enter the first two numbers and this shows the difference: stock you already own that an eBay buyer has no way to find.

Priced after the review, against what this is worth to you
Arithmetic, not a forecast. It assumes each new listing sells like the ones you have up now; the parts not yet listed are usually the slower sellers, so the lower edge is the realistic one. Titles rewritten to standard should lift it further — we do not publish a figure for that yet, and the review shows it on your own shop instead.
The journey
Three steps. Start free, stop whenever you like.
Each step tells you whether the next one is worth taking. Most yards start with the score and decide from there; nothing after it is booked until you have seen your own numbers.
Step 01
Free shop score
Title score out of 100, live listing count, and how that compares with the other yards we have scored so far. Read from your public shop — no logins, no Seller Hub access, nothing to install.
Free
2 working days · shop name only
The score is generated against a fixed standard and checked by a person before it is sent. If it shows a shop that is already in good shape, we will say so — and that is the end of it unless you want more.
Step 02
The review
Dashboard, a 60-minute call, and a written recommendation that says which of the next steps your yard actually needs — or that it needs none. Credited in full against a listing month booked within 30 days.
Two CSV exports from Seller Hub are all we need. The dashboard shows where the shop is strong and where it is leaking; the call walks through it; the written recommendation is yours to keep whether or not you go further.
£1,250
5 working days · two Seller Hub exports
Credited in full against a listing month within 30 days.
Step 03
The listing month
This step is about one number: how many extra listings we can put up for you. The review counts your listable stock and shows what listing it could be worth in your own figures; we quote against that, then upload it in 20 working days — titled to our standard, SKU and quantity set. A dedicated lister works from the photos already in your stock system; you get a weekly log and a before-and-after report. No disruption to the yard.
Priced after the review
20 working days · sized to your listable stock
You see what the extra listings could be worth to you, in your own numbers, before we quote. Your review fee comes off it.
Two promises, in writing
Under 80% delivered? We credit the shortfall.
If we deliver fewer than 80% of the agreed listings for reasons on our side, the same share of the fee is credited against your next engagement. The clock stops whenever we are waiting on the yard.
Catalogue under 70/100? We keep working.
If a rewritten catalogue does not average 70 out of 100 on our scoring standard, we keep working at no charge until it does. You see the standard before any work starts.
After that
Keep the shop moving.
Once the unlisted stock is up, the shop needs keeping up. Three ways we do that; the review will have said which apply to you.
Keep it moving
£1,750 / month
Rolling · 30 days' notice
300 listings a month, dashboard refresh, promoted-rate check, quarterly re-score. The shop keeps moving while the yard keeps running.
Title rewrite
£2,500 – £3,500
Timed after the review
Your full catalogue rewritten to standard. £2,500 when titles live in eBay; £3,500 when your stock system pushes them to eBay and they must be corrected at source. The review tells us which.
Photo day
Quoted
One day on site
On site with your team: a phone workflow, a shared folder, finished in a day. Priced after a call, because yards differ in what they have and what they need.
Prices in GBP. No VAT is charged at present. Euro invoices at spot + 2%. Referral: £500 off your next listing month when a yard you introduce books one.

Built by someone who has run a yard’s eBay from the inside — and grown it.
I’m Simon Bastin-Mitchell. I ran the eBay operation at two UK vehicle recyclers, one after the other, and took both through significant growth. I know what a stock push does to a title somebody spent ten minutes getting right, and I have sat in the room where the eBay budget gets argued.
I score the shops and write every review myself. The listing is done by a dedicated lister working to our title standard, and I check the work before it counts. Titles pushed from a stock system have to be corrected at source or the next sync writes over them — which is why a rewrite done in your system is priced differently from one done in eBay. If you are not sure how your titles get from the yard to eBay, the free score conversation will work it out.
Nikksi is the trading name of Bastin Mitchell Ltd, which I run with my co-founder Nikki Hanson.
Nikksi is independent of eBay and of every stock-system vendor named on this page. Product names belong to their owners.
